WALKING- For those of us who need to work up to running...This is a great place to start! There's a 1 mile paved path that's fairly flat. We can walk or run it as many times as we want, and at our own paces. I'm planning to walk/run maybe 3-5 miles, but you can do what ever you're comfortable with.
If you have been wanting to come out, this is a great place to workout with the group, but at your own pace!
