Welcome to the Northern Kentucky Running & Fitness Group!
The main focus of this group will be road and trail running, however other activities will be planned from time to time as well. Runners of any skill level are welcome to join. The end goals are getting exercise and having fun while meeting friends who can help each other stay motivated.
If you're a beginner runner or wanting to get started, this will be a great group for you. We a have a quite few runners who are beginners. There are also many experienced runners to give guidance along the way!

We'll start at Mammoth cafe, cross the Purple People Bridge, and run along Sawyer Point then head back to the cafe.
Goal Distance: 4.5 miles
Feel free to run whatever pace and distance you want.
